The shoe game is typically an adult male dominated community, but as the great Bob Dylan sang, “The times they are a changin’.” Thanks to the likes of Kendras Customs and more, the ladies of the sneaker community are getting their time to shine, and we here at Nice Kicks have no complaints. Take for instance Brandi Devers; a designer and shoemaker out of Chicago. Taking inspiration from our friend JBF Customs, Devers takes her amazing skills and creates a unique Roshe Run Woven that will make even the most seasoned sneakerhead water at the mouth. Utilizing suede crocodile leather, Devers hand cut and wove the material to sit atop a Roshe Run sole. Considering this is her first foray into custom sneakers, we’re chomping at the bit to see whats next from her.
