Younes Bendjima’s Studio Fy7 returns to New Balance as the brands partner again for Summer 2023. The last time these two got together was in October of 2020 as they released the Studio FY7 x New Balance 992. This time around, NB and Bendjima look to the New Balance 576.
The upcoming collab was teased on Studio Fy7’s Instagram, which showed a single campaign image featuring captivating waves made from the crystal blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea. The mystical coast inspired the upcoming Studio Fy7 x New Balance 576, in which Bendjima cited the sea as “a borderless body of water that unites cultures through its coastlines.”
The New Balance 576 has a sleek Black suede upper with deep Turquoise and rich Aqua accents that reflect the colors of the Mediterranean Sea. The sneaker also has Pearl White details that complement the coastal nature of the sea, along with the misty Gray hues seen around the heel counter, ankle collar, and midsole.
