Frequent collaborators adidas and sci-fi franchise Star Wars are once again teaming up to drop some sneaker heat, this time turning their attention to the former’s classic Stan Smith silhouette.
Following in the footsteps of a Princess Leia-themed UltraBOOST, this time around the duo are releasing a Luke Skywalker-indebted Stan Smith. The Star Wars x adidas Stan Smith “Luke Skywalker” features an offwhite upper accented with an image of the Jedi master on the tongue tabs. Instead of adidas’ Trefoil branding on the heels, the logo has been replaced with the Rebel Alliance insignia. Most noteworthy, the collaborative sneaker comes with removable debraes shaped as Yoda, a lightsaber, R2-D2, and an X-Wing. Final details include graphic insoles and an icy blue outsole.
