Change Clothes: Many were disgusted at the fact that the “True Blue” Air Jordan 3 Retro did not release at stateside retailers; however, the sneaker enthusiasts that were able to get their hands on this release were more focused on the changes between the 2001 and 2009 retros. As seen in the photos above, the coloration of the instep is fully colored in “True Blue” on the 2001 version; yet, the instep features white and blue on the 2009 version. Also, the shade of the cement print on the 2009 version was darker than that seen on the 2001 version.
