With the 25th anniversary of the GEL-Kayano, ASICS Tiger celebrates the heritage runner with a nostalgic rendition in collaboration with Sneakerwolf.
Labeled “Anarchy in the Edo Period,” the project features a white, purple, and red color scheme with flame accents on the mesh underlays to tribute punk subcultures.
Launching in conjunction with a hotel event known as “Tokyo Daigakui,” the shoes will also celebrate Japanese heritage and street culture, which will run from March 2-9 at Hotel Koe, Shibuya-ku.
The ASICS Tiger GEL-Kayano “Anarchy in the Edo Period” will launch at the brand’s exhibition on March 2.
