American footwear brand Converse has seen much of its success in recent years begin through collaboration. The method is simple: collaborate with Tyler, The Creator on the One Star, then once it’s hot, mass release said shoe. The same, of course, can be said for the resurgent Chuck Taylor after their partnership with JW Anderson.
In their latest partnership, Converse joins with Swedish retailer Sneakersnstuff for a militaristic take on the One Star. Blending suede and leather fabrication, camouflage patterning fills each shoe while one appears in traditional camo coloring and the other in “Deep Lavender.”
Expect the Sneakersnstuff x Converse One Star Pack on April 12 at SNS.
