The “I Love You Mom” series from Sneaker Room’s Suraj Kaufman and Kyrie Irving continues with the Nike Kyrie 7 as the two collaborators and New Jersey natives continue to pay tribute to their late mothers and have raised over $500,000 for several organizations. The upcoming pack deviates from the rose and polka dot theme from the previous collaborations and taps into Kyrie’s, his sister Asia’s, and his late mother Elizabeth’s Native American heritage and is inspired by Mother Nature and Mother Earth.

Dropping in two mismatched colorways, yellow/green and red/blue, the pack takes from the four elements of Fire, Water, Earth, and Air respectively. The mesh upper features a watercolor paintbrush styled design with the Swoosh on the lateral sides featuring hearts throughout. The elements mentioned earlier are seen on each of the contrasting four fingers on the lower eyelets with Kyrie’s logo seen on the right tongue with Elizabeth, his mother, printed above and the left tongue features a MOM logo with Suraj’s mother’s name, Ellen, printed above as well.

More homages are placed throughout, with “I Love You Mom” printed behind the tongue and “In Honor Of” printed on the left heel and a blank space for you to write in whoever you want to pay tribute to on the right. A sunflower is printed on the left heel and a butterfly on the right. As far as tech, a large Zoom Turbo unit is placed in the forefoot with a Phylon midsole and the outsole uses a computer-generated traction pattern with the rubber wrapping around the inner foot for better traction.

The Sneaker Room x Nike Kyrie 7 “Mom” Pack is set to drop on January 20th at 10 AM EST exclusively on Snkrroom.com in limited numbers with 1,996 pairs of the yellow/green colorway retailing for $175, in honor of the year Elizabeth Irving passed and 525 pairs of the red/blue colorway retailing for $250. 100% of the proceeds will go to the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe to which Elizabeth Irving belonged.
