As part of its “The Lost One” series, which has already seen Mark Evans designing his own pair, famed retailer size? and adidas Originals are taking inspiration from Wes Anderson’s cult classic film, The Life Aquatic With Steve Zissou.
This forthcoming size? x adidas Originals Trimm Star “The Lost Ones – Zissou” is almost an exact replica of the pair seen in the film, which was limited to just only 20 pairs. For the sneaker’s resurrection, the duo has given the Trimm Star a white tumbled leather base with contrasting “Oceanic Blue” and “Sky Blue” details accenting the Three Strips branding on the laterals and the heel tab. Rounding out the final design cues are metallic Trimm Star branding, adidas emblazoned insoles, bright yellow laces, a suede toe bumper, and a gum rubber outsole.
Sneaker and film fans alike will be able to pick up the size? x adidas Originals Trimm Star “The Lost Ones – Zissou” when the release through a draw via size?’s online store this November 6. The pair retails for £90 GBP (approximately $123 USD). Good luck!
