The Nike Air Zoom Flight (The Glove) was not Payton’s official signature shoe, but how can you not associate this sneaker with the trash-talking point guard? The shoe is nicknamed after Payton and the full-length zipper construction is themed after the tight fit of a glove. As for the Nike Air Zoom GP, it was the first shoe to feature Payton’s name and is considered one of the best-performing, lightweight sneakers in Nike Basketball’s history.
