Memes are no stranger to sneaker culture and after a viral tweet about the Wingstop logo, Wingstop has teamed up with the one and only Shoe Surgeon to cook up a pair of bespoke Lemon Pepper 1s that will be given away on social media.
The sneaker takes after the colors of Wingstop with supple suede used on the base of the sneaker and green tumbled leather on the overlays. The tongue features a packet of ranch seasoning with Shoe Surgeon’s branding seen on the tongue tag alongside the Swoosh and the medial and lateral Swooshes are seen in a brown textured suede mimicking the texture of fried chicken. Wingstop’s logo is placed on the heeltab, with the insole featuring the same graphic pattern of Wingstop’s parchment paper that lines the boxes and baskets of wings and fries. Lastly, the white midsole has gold contrast stitching and a navy outsole to finish off the sneaker.
The Shoe Surgeon x Wingstop Lemon Pepper 1 will be dropping via a social media giveaway by registering for The Club and commenting on the post related to the sneaker on Wingstop’s Instagram, Twitter, or TikTok starting on June 2nd.
