We’re only a few days into 2018, but we’ve already seen a phenomenal amount of heat from The Shoe Surgeon. In his latest piece of work, Dominic Chambrone made a 1-of-1 pair of “Gucci” adidas NMD Chukkas that have our eyes glued to the screen.
On the shoe, The Shoe Surgeon utilizes a vintage dark green Gucci leather purse, featuring the iconic Gucci “GG” monogram logo embossed into the leather and vintage brown Nile crocodile leather. The Gucci purse was deconstructed and repurposed creating an authentic custom with the luxurious finish we’ve all come to expect from The Shoe Surgeon. The shoe also contains a few intricate details such as purse handles on the heels and the bag’s interior lining within the interior of the shoe.
