Nike continues its City Connect Series as the Swoosh celebrates MLB, its teams, fanbases, and their historical roots.
Nike has unveiled the City Connect Jerseys for the San Diego Padres, paying homage to the cross-cultural lifestyle that transcends borders — from San Diego to Tijuana and back, San Diego and its baseball are the epicenters of a community like no other. Inspired by California imagery and paired with vibrant hues found in the Baja peninsula, the Padres’ City Connect jerseys pay homage to past generations.
The San Diego Padres’ City Connect jerseys will debut on July 8th, 2022, as they host the San Francisco Giants. The jerseys and apparel will be available on Nike.com, the Nike app, MLB Flagship store in NYC, mlbshop.com, and select retail locations.
