Washington Wizards forward Rui Hachimura has become one of the NBA’s beloved players, having accomplished a multitude of goals since entering the league in 2019. One of those goals was signing a deal with the illustrious Jordan Brand. This year, the former 9th overall selection has rocked certain PE Air Jordan 35s as his hoops sneakers of choice, one of them being the “Hinamatsuri” iteration.
As with all Air Jordan player exclusives, bold color ways that often don’t make the public are used. This “Hinamatsuri” variation dresses the performance silhouette in a bright orange and red, referring Hachimura’s Japanese heritage, specifically Japan’s annual girl’s day. Atop, a golden Jumpman is placed on the tongue along with golden colored calligraphy near the toe.
The Rui Hachimura Air Jordan 35 PE “Hinamatsuri” can be seen on the feet of Rui Hachimura this season. Hopefully, the PE will eventually make its way onto Nike SNKRS, but until then, all we can do is hope. Keep it locked to Nice Kicks for all of your sneaker information.
