And despite what many assume, they maintain a sense of humility in lieu of their well documented successes.
“The most important part of making this collection was understanding what I do best and what they do best, and bringing both of those worlds together,” said Fieg of the footwear offering. This couldn’t be further from the truth. Although Fieg and Tershay share many similarities, their distinctions are equally identifiable from removed from just their zip code. “It all came together so easily. Working with Ronnie and his team is like cake, man, because they know what they’re doing,” expressed Tershay of the collection that keys on his celebrated “Tiffany” theme.
Blending the core concepts of a skate brand with a foundational figure in the lifestyle movement is no easy feat, and both parties recognized that going in. Fieg comments “I’m in a position now where I can do things that I’ve always want to do, and this is one of them. It’s good to shake sh*t up and do the unexpected. I love the turbulence.”
