Continuing with the festivities, Nike is dropping a special Air Force 1 Low that pays homage to the history of the brand’s logos. 2022 marks the 40th anniversary since the silhouette hit the streets, so Nike is using the opportunity to retell its storied history.
The offering returns in its classic all-white upper crafted from leather and mesh material. Layers of Nike logos and Checks appear on the mid panels, tongues, and heels. The right insole features “82” and “22,” celebrating 40 years of the famed logo. Highlighting the pair are gold lace dubraes and eyelets, followed by a sail-colored rubber outsole.
