Reebok is continuing to pay homage to Allen Iverson’s 2000-2001 MVP season and is bringing back an OG colorway of the Reebok Answer IV that Iverson wore during the season.
The sneaker was worn for a handful of games during Iverson’s MVP season wore them against the Cleveland Cavaliers and dropped a season-high of 54 points. White leather is used on the base of the sneaker as well as the shroud with white mesh used on the tongue. Reflective silver is seen on the sneaker throughout accenting the white upper, most prominently on the repeating I3 logo seen on the medial and lateral sides of the shoe. Iverson’s “Only The Strong Survive” tattoos are seen on the insoles with his face on the heel of the sneaker and DMX foam is used on the white and grey midsole for impact protection.
The Reebok Answer IV “54 Points” is set to drop on May 6th via Reebok.com and at select retailers for $150.
