Adidas has collaborated with the Japanese bag and accessories brand PORTER for a new addition to their fashionable NMD series that in a much awaited move will be available in the United States. And quite fittingly related to their Stateside release, the black TANKER nylon fabric that makes up the upper of the Porter x Adidas NMD Chukka is inspired by flight jackets worn by US Air Force pilots.
The sleek yet sock-like constructed sneaker also feature a full-length white BOOST midsole, black rubber outsole and adidas Originals blue molded EVA inserts. The PORTER label on the tongue corresponds with the triangular leather-enforced lacing and elasticated collar.
The Porter x Adidas NMD Chukka retails for $160 and will be released on June 10 at adidas.com.
