Making himself right at home in his first season with the Thunder, All-Star forward Paul George is already giving back to the community in Oklahoma City.

On Wednesday, George crashed a pep rally for the basketball team at Carl Albert High School in Midwest City, Oklahoma. And since the basketball team is heading to the state tournament, George gave the entire squad his signature Nike PG2 “The Moment” to hoop in.

“This school has an unbelievable tradition in their athletic sports,” George told The Oklahoman’s Erik Horne about his generous gift. “Plus, I just wanted to give back to the community, give back to this high school.

“I know they have a great chance of winning it all. I just wanted to give them a little boost, a little support for them to go out and have that moment tomorrow night.”
