Today pictures of a supposed Nike Zoom KD IV Sample leaked onto to the web. This seems rather early as he’s yet wear his newest signature the Nike Zoom KD III. Never the less, this sample features a lower midcut similar to that of the KD III set off by a unique midfoot strap. Oklahoma City Thunder colors accent the black upper on this possible Durant model.
