Nike’s boundary-pushing Space Hippie 04 is set to arrive in a “Be True” colorway to represent and honor the LGBTQ community.
Set to release this summer, this special-edition Nike Space Hippie 04 “Be True” keeps with a neutral grey and black color palette throughout its “Space Waste Yarn” upper. The recycled upper is formulated from about 75% recycled content by weight-made from plastic bottles, T-shirts, and yarn scraps. Down below, a signature recycled Crafter Foam midsole remains intact. However, it’s the rainbow stitching and embroidered heel branding that makes this Space Hippie 04 special.
Interested readers will be able to pick up a pair of the Nike Space Hippie 04 “Be True” when they release in the upcoming weeks at select retailers and Nike.com for $130.
