Earlier this year, Nike Basketball unveiled its latest signature family in honor of New York Liberty guard and Oregon Duck legend, Sabrina Ionescu.
Dubbed the Nike Sabrina 1, the upcoming signature is slated to drop in a vibrant “Oxygen Purple” outfit. Although no official images have surfaced as of yet, we’ve been given a first look at the upcoming pair. From the images, the Nike Sabrina 1 “Spark” retains its signature special pattern on the forefoot, which is inspired by Ionescu’s Romanian heritage. The titular hue is featured predominately throughout while contrasting hits of “Lemon Chiffon,” “Ice Peach” and “Laser Orange” help elevate the branding and design details.
In terms of specs, the Nike Sabrina 1 “Spark” boasts a full-length Nike React cushioning combined with a Zoom Air unit in the forefoot, in addition to a midfoot band system with lockdown cables to help keep the foot secured.
