Tomorrow marks the release of the Nike Air Max 1 “Elephant,” one of the most highly sought after collaborative iterations of the foundational AIR silhouette. Last year, fans from across the globe voted the shoe to release this year. But for Air Max Day 2018, Nike is counting of 12 RevolutionAIRS and your vote for the next release.
Featuring 12 creatives from across the globe – Alexandra Hackett (London), Artemy Lebedev (Moscow), Bunyamin Aydin (Istanbul), Celement Balvoine (Amsterdam), Fabikr (Seoul), Kyle Ng (Los Angeles), Lourdes Villagómez (Mexico City), Naotaka Konno (Tokyo), Sean Wotherspoon (Los Angeles), Shangguan Zhe (Shanghai), Tianzhou Chen (Beijing), and Venus X (New York) – Nike brought the group out to their World HQ in Beaverton, Oregon, to re-imagine Air Max models; the pair with the most votes will release on Air Max Day next year.
