An offshoot to 2018’s more beloved new sneaker, the Nike React Element 87, the React Element 55 is beginning to build a stellar reputation of its own. Allowing its translucent brethren to release first, putting sneaker culture into a stranglehold, the 55 hits the go button this fall with new must-have iterations.
Expected at select retailers later this season is a “Silver Surfer” inspired style. Although not officially linked to the extraterrestrial Marvel hero, shades of silver cascade over the ankle-bearing silhouette cushioned with React tooling. Moreover, this particular combination of mesh and suede comes close to measuring up to the translucent goodness of the Element 87.
