As we inch ever closer towards the end of 2018, it grows increasingly clear that Nike’s React Element 87 is one of the best new sneakers of the year. Solely responsible for making socks great again while surgically cutting through the hype to deliver something inspired beyond the moment, it’s only right that the series would grow larger and do so very quickly.
The Nike React Element 55 is next up. Previewed in wide supply over the last month or so, this variation of the React Element 87 mothership does less in terms of translucent detailing. A more traditional finish rendered in mesh and supporting synthetics crown the look, including this Black/Volt colorway is expected on October 23.
