Nike Running‘s iconic Pegasus line is ready to stride into the future with the Nike Pegasus Premium — a luxurious, performance-centric upgrade of the Pegasus.

The unveiling of the Pegasus Premium joined alongside the news of the all-new Nike Pegasus 41, signaling a new era for the famed running model.

Revered as Nike’s workhorse for its durability and comfort, Nike is adding even more by introducing the Pegasus franchise’s first-ever sculpted, visible Air Zoom unit.

For the Pegasus Premium, we wanted runners to get the most energy return possible out of the sculpted Air Zoom unit.

Not only does it double as a spring-like mechanism, the Air unit is also designed to engage with the entirety of your foot, no matter your gait pattern or stride length.

The addition of the Air Zoom will carry heel-to-toe transition power for every runner with its springy, smooth sensation never felt in an Air Zoom unit before. Additionally, the midsole features ZoomX foam while the heel features ReactX foam, for a more propulsive sensation while keeping the runner light. The modifications within the Pegasus Premium deliver the most energy return in any Pegasus model throughout the franchise’s historic 41 years.

The Nike Pegasus Premium instills a secure fit over the footbed with the circularly knit engineered upper that includes a reinforced dynamic midfoot system for enhanced lateral and medial forefoot support.

The Nike Pegasus Premium releases Spring 2025 via Nike.com and select retailers. The pair is expected to retail for over $200.
