LeBron James looks to add this to his already rich legacy as his 18th signature shoe arrives. The King was seen in the Nike LeBron 18 in the NBA Bubble ahead of the restart. We now get an official look at the Nike LeBron 18 and its design.

The LeBron 18 features signature components from previous models. The shoe encompasses raised dimensions from the Battleknit on the LeBron 15, the TPU on the heel from the LeBron 16, and the TPU and yarn that came together for the exoskeleton of the LeBron 17.

Aside from the inspiration on past models, the LeBron 18 comes with its flair. The latest chapter features a redesigned outsole with an emphasis on the forefoot that allows for more fluid movement. The LeBron 18 redefines air as Max Air appears on the upper while a full-length Zoom Air unit in the forefoot of the shoe accompanied by an Air Max unit in the heel.

“LeBron has always loved experimenting with Max Air cushioning. He loves the way it feels. With the 18, we played with different expressions of air in novel ways, with the goal to impart this new look,” says Nike Basketball designer Jason Petrie

The Nike LeBron 18 is set to arrive on Nike.com and retailers starting in September. Keep it locked here at Nice Kicks for more information on the latest LeBron signature shoe.
