The Nike Kobe 6 Protro “BHM” gets a new iteration as Vanessa Bryant shares a sneak peek of the commemorative pair. In the past, Kobe celebrated Black History Month with the Nike Kobe 9 Elite “BHM” and the Nike Kobe 11 “BHM,” with the 2011 Nike Kobe 6 “BHM” being one of the many fan-favorites.

Equipped with its classic scaled upper, this Nike Kobe 6 has a gradient exterior that fades from Beige to Chocolate Brown. The Pink Nike Swoosh has an airbrush finish as the silhouette of the signature logo is surrounded by a Bright Blue halo. Other Blue details appear on the aglets and heel.

The speckled heel counter opts from a reverse gradient that flips the colors of the upper, adding contrast to the sneaker. The upper sits atop a matching Nike Zoom midsole and a Black outsole complete with a Pink Kobe logo.

At this time, it’s still not clear whether or not the Nike Kobe 6 Protro “BHM” will be releasing, but any updates can be found on our Sneaker Release Dates page. In the meantime, take a first look at the sneaker below and follow @NiceDrops on Twitter.
