Almost a year has passed since the initial launch of Kevin Durant‘s Nike KD VI signature, a model that has carried KD through a phenomenal year. Although the Spurs recently sent the MVP and OKC home, over the past season, we have seen KD’s play elevate to iconic status. With the growth of Durant’s game, the desire for his shoes has followed suit. The Nike KD VI remains a popular pick for casual wearers, and often was also often spotted in our Kicks On Court and College Kicks On Court columns. Drawing inspiration from the craftsmanship of a wristwatch, the Nike KD VI features a low-top cut and oversized branding on the forefoot. After the unofficial unveiling of the Nike KD VII yesterday, we now spotlight KD’s sixth signature before it heads into the Nike vault. Browse the tenure of the KD VI below, and be sure to let us know which non-Elite or EXT colorway is your current favorite in the comment section.
