Kevin Durant’s second-tier signature sneaker is back and this time in a Premium colorway. The Nike KD Trey 5 IV Premium features a two piece upper, composed with black mesh on the front half for optimum breathability while the back is made of a textured nylon textile wrapped in a bright crimson hue. Similar to its predecessors, the KD Trey 5 IV Premium stays true with its unchanged thick cushioned midsole design atop the durable and outdoor oriented rubber outsole.
