Kevin Durant is out of action for the NBA Playoffs, but last night he was far from being out of the conversation when photos surfaced of what is alleged to be the Nike KD 8 hit social media. In one fell swoop, the supposed Nike KD 8 appeared across Instagram and Twitter along with a release date slated for a week prior to our nation’s birthday.
While information is scattered at the moment and no official word has been released by Nike, it would be wise to just pencil in this release date until more details surface in the coming weeks.
If history is to repeat itself with the prior KD, it was at about this time last year that the shoes surfaced prior to their summer launch. According the J23, the Nike KD 8 release date is set for June 27, 2015.
