A Detailed Look at The Upcoming Nike KD 17 “Sunrise”

Along with this Orlando Magic-inspired colorway, Kevin Durant’s upcoming Nike KD 17 signature will also drop in a vibrant “Sunrise” outfit.

Durant’s 17^th signature will be inspired by the 1998 Foot Locker-exclusive Air Max Plus and sports the same wavy vertical lines as the Air Max Plus’s thermoplastic veins.

This Nike KD 17 sports a university gold, black, and safety orange color scheme throughout its upper, while a sail midsole and icy transparent outsole round out the final design cues. In terms of tech, Durant’s newest signature will boast forefoot Zoom cushioning, a TPU shank atop a Cushlon midsole, and a generative rubber outsole.
