With the NBA season set to begin in late July, basketball fans are waiting in anticipation to see their favorite players back on the hardwood. However, Brooklyn Nets forward Kevin Durant won’t make an appearance despite the league’s resumption. Until his hopeful return in 2021, his 13th signature sneaker is set to release in another colorway.
In honor of July 4th, Nike has decided to don the KD 13 in white, navy, and scarlet. The white upper features a grid pattern, which is overlaid by a scarlet and navy Swoosh. That same bright, vibrant red is also displayed on the tongue and laces. Atop an extremely comfortable Nike Zoom Air midsole, this sneaker looks to be aesthetically pleasing while also being a great performer on-court.
