Nike Isn’t Done Repurposing the Air Huarache

Since the resurgence of the Nike Air Huarache Stateside in recent, we’ve seen more iterations than we can collectively keep up with. The time-honored 1991 Tinker Hatfield creation today takes on yet another form, one that utilizes woven fabrication.

As cooler weather fast approaches, Nike ensures that the Air Huarache maintains its functionality with this much more weather combative material implementation. The shoe also traces back to its South American inspiration with what looks to be tribal patterning at the toebox in hot lava, wolf grey and black coloring. Beyond this progressive liberty, the shoe remains true to form with suede overlays and the famed neoprene bootie below.
