Nike Soccer has unveiled an off-field version of their latest innovative soccer cleats in the form of the Nike Elastico Superfly IC. This flat bottom edition for side surfaces takes down the recently released Nike Mercurial Superfly, which includes the brand’s game-breaking Flyknit technology. With the clear realization that soccer is a global sport that is played on different types of pitch, this hard ground rendition offers an alternative option for other floors. Designed with the same upper as its inspiration, the Elastico Superfly IC features minor alterations for the small-sided game. Distinctly low-profile to put one’s foot closer to the ground for a barefoot feel, this cleat-less concoction has unrivaled traction and unparalleled touch.
Brazil is known as the street football capital of the world, and now the location of the upcoming World Cup will be equipped with a new street striker. Take a better look at the new Nike Elastico Superfly IC below, and kick up a pair when they release right just in time for the main event on June 10th.
