Earlier this year, Nike threw it back to 1985 with a trio of acid wash Dunk Highs in Red, Yellow, and Black. Now, it appears that the Nike Dunk High 1985 “Orange Acid Wash” will be closing out the year and finishing off the pack.
This variation of the Nike Dunk High 1985 has a mix of past and present. The bright colors paired with the vintage silhouette create a sneaker that is unconventionally modern. The upper has an off-white base with acid wash overlays, all made with leather. The acid wash on this model comes in shades of orange and blue. Other notable details include blue shoelaces and an orange Nike Swoosh that matches the outsole. To give the sneaker an extra vintage appeal, the design is complete with an aged midsole.
