Nike’s Air Trainer 1 “Don’t I Know You?” Throws Back to a Classic Bo Jackson Ad

Nike is taking inspiration from an old Bo Jackson poster with its latest Air Trainer 1 silhouette.

The Nike Air Trainer 1 “Don’t I Know You?” features a predominantly white leather build with matching white mesh tongues and forefoot straps, while hits of contrasting “University Blue” and “Old Royal” help to accent the top eyestay, Nike branding, and outsole.

Shoutout to the ad’s “Don’t I Know You?” catchphrase has been emblazoned on the inner tongue tabs. Other notable details include the baseball and football stitched into the heels (a nod to Bo’s brief yet illustrious careers in the NFL and MLB) along with the graphic insoles showcasing all the sports pitched in the classic ad.

The Nike Air Trainer 1 “Don’t I Know You?” is set to release in the upcoming weeks via Nike.com and select retailers for $125. Keep it locked to our Sneaker Release Dates Calendar for updates.
