Originally released in 2000 for the Australian Olympic Team, the Nike Air Presto “Australia” is set to make its triumphant return this summer.
The extremely rare pair boasts very similar details to its predecessor, seeing very little tweaks. The upper is dressed in a bold blue color with yellow stars stitched into the toe, paying homage to the Australian flag. The opaque synthetic cages feature a grey to white gradient, while the white midsole includes a split yellow and black outsole. Rounding out the final details is the “AUS” embroidery on the tongues and yellow mini Swooshes.
The pair was originally given out to select friends and family as well as the Australian athletes who represented the country during the 2000s Summer Olympics. They will now retail for $190 AUD (approximately $130 USD).
