Debuting in 2003 as a player exclusive for then Laker Derek Fisher, the Nike Air Max Uptempo “Lakers” is now in the midst of a restock. Certainly a fixture in Laker culture as Fisher wore the shoe that was then singular to himself, the vindication of this release travels back 12 long years.
Though notable designs cues like “D Fish” and his number “2” have been removed from the shoe, the Nike Air Max Uptempo “Lakers” otherwise remains true to form. A predominately white base finds timely purple and gold accents across the base while Visible Air finishes the look down below. The shoe hit retailers early last month and quickly sold out. But you’re in luck, more pairs have been spotted at Oneness.
