LeBron?s basketball season ended poorly, but his summer footwear line is off and running. The Nike Air Max Soldier V has arrived in three colorways ideal for gym rats and off-season workhorses. The Max Air and Zoom Air combination sole has been carried over from the Zoom Soldier IV, but the upper sports a completely new design. Flywire wraps around the forefoot and stretched to near the ankle, though it?s the midfoot strap design that stands out most. Locking itself to the upper on both the lateral and medial sides, the strap is actually connected to the midfoot and looks to ensure maximum lockdown. This was one of the strongpoint of the previous Soldier and has long been a staple of secondary signature line. These three colorways, which feature the ever-popular Cool Grey/White, militaristic Iguana/Max Orange and necessary ?Home? combos, are available in a smattering of sizes now at Nike Store for $110.
