Lightning yellow. Power blue. Los Angeles Chargers.
These two colors and the newly LA-based team are synonymous with each other. The clean color pallet fully represents the vibrant and thriving culture of the City of Angels. Unfortunately, more so than NFL teams, NBA teams are typically chosen as colorway inspiration. Going against the grain however, the new Nike Air Max Plus “Chargers” pays homage to the AFC West team in bold fashion.
This Nike Air Max Plus features a crispy white color under light and dark blue overlays. As the main accent color, the blues stretch from the heel all the way to the upper of the sneaker. Maintaining this theme, the lace holders and outsole are also dark blue. In contrast, the air units are painted in lightning yellow. The Swoosh implements both colors together. This pair is then completed with the signature TN Air branding on the heel and tongue. Considering all of these details, these sneakers will be a must for any Chargers fans.
