By most accounts, the Nike Air Max 97 is the best retro release of 2017 by a mile. The “Silver Bullet” has probably been one of the most worn shoes of the year. Moreover, the Undefeated collaboration and Skepta edition were among the most desired. Then you consider the Ultra pairs, which aren’t nearly as popular as those produced in original construction, yet they’ve gotten better throughout the year.
To culminate the previous statement is the Ultra ’17 “Pure Platinum.” Enhanced by differing wave patterns throughout the paneling constructed in synthetic overlays, silver and white shades allow the nuance of the design to shine while full-length Air is vindicated below.
