For the warmer months ahead, Nike is prepping a slew of OG colorways for its lauded Air Max 97 model. Along with another golden-hued option, the Swoosh will also be releasing the AM97 in an OG “Navy Blue” and “Neon” outfit.
The Nike Air Max 97 “Royal Blue/Neon” once saw a retro release in 2017, and now returns in 2020 in a slightly revamped edition. The sneaker’s signature wave-constructed upper features “Royal Blue” on the mudguards, and a singular green overlay above it. Moving upwards, black finalizes the look along with a “Navy Blue” mesh tongue. Final details include mini neon Swooshes on the tongue tab and mid-panel, while the signature Ait unit is dressed in “Royal Blue.”
The Nike Air Max 97 “Royal Blue/Neon” is set to release in the upcoming weeks at select Nike retailers and Nike.com for $170.
