Along with a few Dunk Low iterations, Nike will also be dropping a new “Corduroy” Air Max 97.

Conceived by Christian Tresser in 1997, the silhouette has seen become a go-to choice for many due to its sleek design inspired by Japanese bullet trains. For this Nike Air Max 97 “Corduroy”, the pair sports a multi-colored, overlays done in soft, understated hues. The corduroy material follows onto the tongue. Mixed in between are maroon leather overlays, tan racing stripes and dark teal nubuck and pink exposed stitching on the mudguards. Rounding out the final design cues are the dual pull tabs, “Sail” midsoles and full-length clear Air Max units.

Look for the Nike Air Max 97 “Corduroy” to release on November 9 via Nike.com and select retailers for $185. Keep it locked to our Air Max Release Dates Page for updates.
