In a world where utility means just as much as aesthetics, Nike has placed functionality on the list of priorities. Just as cargo pants are loved for their useful array of pockets and rugged style, the Air Max 95 has always been well-received as a bulky, war-ready silhouette. In its latest variation, Nike has made sure it is ready to handle a “Surplus Supply.”
From first glance, various shades of green run across the silhouette’s upper. White laces intertwine with the lighter green throat, while darker shades of olive makeup the pair’s foundation. Orange accents appear on the mini Swoosh and on the Air unit, of which says “AM 95 EXP #104050.” Living up to the “Surplus Supply” name, a stash pocket is attracted to the tongue, similar to the Travis Scott x Air Jordan 6. Prepared for any terrain, a black sole ensures protection from any mud pits and other terrain.
The Nike Air Max 95 “Surplus Supply” is slated to arrive in the near future on Nike.com. While we await for further information, be sure to take a look at the recently announced Nike Dunk High “Dark Sulfur.”
