Although the 30 year anniversary of the Nike Air Max 90 has passed, that hasn’t stopped Nike from continuing to drop more colorways of the classic model. This time Nike brings in a tonal grey colorway with accenting red highlights.
Grey is mostly seen throughout the shoe, but if you take a closer look, the use of different materials gives the shoe some contrast. Mesh is used as a base, with a tumbled leather overlay, and a darker smooth leather is implemented for the mudguard. The eye stays use two different shades of grey and a carbon fiber print Swoosh brings texture to the Air Max 90.
Red hits on the backtab, tongue, window logo, and airbag brighten up the sneaker. White is used on the midsole, with more grey on the midsole wedge as well as the whole outsole.
