Nike Preps an Air Max 1 for the “Ugly Duckling”

2022 marked the 35^th anniversary of Nike’s beloved Air Max 1. To end the year on a high, Nike is pulling references from its Dunk Low “Ugly Duckling” pack for its upcoming Air Max 1 “Ugly Duckling” release.

Believed to be part of a larger range, the Nike Air Max 1 “Ugly Duckling” sports a premium suede construction paired with mesh tongues in hues of “Pecan, “Baroque Brown,” and “Limestone”. “Yellow Ochre” further elevating the pair and arrives on the profile Swooshes, laces, and specked outsole, as well as the “Ugly Duckling” motifs on the heels. Lastly, a white midsole and brown Air unit round out the final design cues.
