Spring colorways of the Nike Air Max 1 will be releasing over the course of the next month (and beyond) leading up to Air Max Day on March 26. One of the more adoring is this light grey, pink and green iteration that appears to be dropping soon.
Lightly hued in a smooth nubuck grey base, the two contrasting shades, pink and green, are synonymous with a few things. What comes to mind first, though, are the ladies of Alpha Kappa Alpha (AKA), a predominately African-American sorority found throughout college campuses across the States. Yet, aside from that comparison, those same pink and green shades simply blend well on this late-’80s silhouette.
