Just like the OG, the Nike Air Max 1 “Grand Piano” sports the same distinctive design which comprises black and gold patent leather panels on a smooth white leather base. Additionally hits of pink elevate the velvet sock liner and outsole. Further pushing the piano theme are the piano lace locks in black and pink.
