The Nike Air Huarache “Escape 2.0” Revamps a Classic

Making its first debut in 1988, the earthy “Escape” colorway returns with the Nike Air Huarache “Escape 2.0.” This announcement follows the revival of the 2003 Nike Air Huarache “Escape” that was released earlier this year.

This rendition of the Nike Air Huarache offers a refined tri-color treatment that tones down the design, but honors the original color story. The sneakers have a white leather toe box that is complemented with “Bison” brown overlays. The sneaker builds into a black neoprene bootie that is secured with a rubber heel cage. The upper sits atop a white midsole and black outsole. For an added touch, red detailing dresses the Nike Air Huarache logo and the Kanji graphics on the insoles that translate to “escape,” in both Chinese and Japanese.

The Nike Air Huarache “Escape 2.0” is set to release soon via Nike.com and select retailers. The price is set at $120. Check out the official images below and be sure to follow up with our Sneaker Release Dates page for updated info.
