To continue the 40th-anniversary festivities of the Air Force 1, Nike is taking a trip to the Bay Area with the latest “Lotus Flower” colorway. Paying homage to one of SF’s oldest and most historic communities, this one is sure to be a classic.
Established in 1848, San Francisco Chinatown is the largest and oldest Chinatown outside of Asia and is the largest one in North America. This pair arrives in a white leather base with pink and gradient-colored Swooshes and midsoles. Additionally, the silhouette features gold Chinese lettering and Nike branding on the tongue tabs and insoles. Highlighting the iteration are two white and pink embossed flowers on the lateral heel.
